Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation with 48 hours’ notice, a 50% fee will be invoiced to the client.
• Cancellation with 24 hours’ notice, a 100% fee will be invoiced to the client.

There are diagnosed mental illnesses and clinical conditions that require medical treatment. Holistic coaching is not a treatment for severe mental illness.

Holistic Coaching is not a replacement for medication. Holistic Coaching may be used in addition to specialised treatment.

Successful outcomes are completely dependent upon an individual’s commitment to attending sessions and following action plans agreed between the coach and client.
