The Minds At Peace Coaching Includes Weekly Live Calls With Claire Romero:
We will meet on zoom for our coaching session call every week to talk about you, your goals and explore different themes based on your needs so we can move forward and take the right action.
Each session will include a deep discussion to review each week, work with different techniques to clear any blocks and set clear action items for you to know exactly what to do next to get to where you want to be.
You'll have direct access to me via private message so you can share any updates and receive coaching and support.

I am Claire!
I am so grateful to have found a new way of life, and, in the last few years, I’ve trained on some amazing courses and I am now qualified to teach children the art of mindfulness alongside EFT. I have worked with countless young adults helping them learn and grow stronger mentally and emotionally. I discovered that life doesn’t have to be hard or a struggle.
