A little bit about me and my why…..

Seven years ago, I was struggling with stress and anxiety, feeling disconnected from myself and those around me. Meditation saved my life by bringing peace, clarity, and a sense of connection. I realized I wasn't my thoughts and didn't have to have everything figured out. I took back control and decided I wasn't going to run on my internal autopilot of limiting beliefs and fear that had built up in my mind.

Now, I share this powerful practice with others.
